I downloaded just about every Mario replica on the internet, but none came to level of Mario Forever. I've been addicted for the past few months, but am unable to beat level 2-4. At the end there is a long jump to end the level, and no matter how many times I try it, I can't make it. There is a spring at the edge, but it doesn't seem to help.

This games graphics are excellent for a freeware game. The music is a mix between Super Mario Bros and Super Mario World. But it has some major and inexcusable flaws. For example there's no gamepad support!. The other problem which is even worse, is in the underwater levels where Mario cant swim. All he can do is walk normally.

Mario forever is one of the best Mario remakes I've ever played. (Only Mario remake I've played, but it's a good game to start with). My only Problem I had was with flower power, I couldn't find the button to shoot. Anyway, other than that the game is a blast. I think it should have a rating of 94%.

The game has very nice graphics and the level design is also quite good, but I don't know how many lives I lost because Mario didn't jump when I hit the jump-key... I don't think it's related to my computer as this also happens at friends' PC's. It can get very unnerving if Mario just walks rushes down a gap instead of jumping across it. Still the game is very addicting which is why I still play it nevertheless.

I thought this was an excelent remake. More towards the original super mario as opposed to number 3. The game looks and acts almost identically like the original-for that I give it 60. However, level 1-4 seems unpassable due to a hole too wide for the fat plummer to jump accross. I have looked for a secret, everywhere I have access, in that level and can find no way to pass this spot-for that I take away 40.

I've been playing side-scolling arcade games all since I was 5. The first game my grubby fingers touched was Sonic the Hedgehog for the original Sega Genesis game console but even that doesn't compare to the joy I discover 9 years later, playing Super Mario 3: Mario Forever. I still say the original Super Mario Bros 3 WAS and IS still better but hey - download the game and play for yourself.

I read the reviews and it looks that everybody loves Super Mario, I love Super Mario, I got hooked on it when I was a litte girl and I always want to play it, however if you had gone as far as stage 4, you can not get passed it because it is unfineshed, one bar is not there and however hard you jump (I had 5 lives left), you will still not make it and fall in boiling water!

The only problem is I don't know how to save. Could somebody - anybody - tell me how to save the game? Please. Otherwise, this is an excellent game. One more question. It is a brilliant game, however once you get to level 4-1 you cannot cross the lava as it is impossible to reach the ledge, even by taking a run up. The jump key also sticks on this level which results in loss of many lives. 4-1 level is impossible to do. Apart from that mishap, good game but only it will last five minutes due to 4-1 being the way it is.

This is probably the best Mario clone ever. Great level design, simply laid out, and nice use of sound effects. It just has that classic Mario appeal with levels that look like Nintendo might have actually designed them for a legit Mario title. My only problems with the game is that the control is super slick. I kind of feel like I'm sliding around and searching for grip of the control. So in other words, regular Mario physics were not used. Also, to kill an enemy, your jump must be perfectly center. Although I've never had this problem with the Koopas, it happens to me all the time with the Goombas. Extremely annoying.

A great game for all. From ages 4 to 400. It's just so easy to play and so simple but so effective and brilliant. Next to Sonic the Hedgehog, I would have to say that Super Mario 3 and indeed all the Super Mario games are the greatest arcade games and console games of all time. I honestly believe that Super Mario is a truly brilliant and fantastic game that requires no effort and has such a result when you play it. Another thing, when I was growing up there was no XBox 360 or PS3, all we had was Mario on the Super Nintendo, I loved it back then and I still love it to this day. You can call this game an excellent work of art because it really does show the true essence of a Super Mario game. The background and the music were well toned and brilliant as it can lure you to play for hours even if you keep on repeating the same level. Traps and secrets are well-placed, they're really positioned on a place where players are very vulnerable, even bonuses serve as a trap you need a good thinking before you get some of them. Overall I can rate this game EXCELLENT, but for players who use Win2k or XP the game will not be that so good because of some problems on the graphical flow.

I've never seen anything so perfect in my entire life. Why can't all these games be so good? The music is awesome, graphics outstanding, works for any computer. Yes the save problem isn't as good but it sure makes you want to play the game more! The best thing about this game is the long and hard levels, which are intense in most parts and sometimes makes you think just to beat a certain level. The powerups are so cool on this game. If Buziol keeps this up, he could start his own career and start to be one of the richest men on earth! (Just a theory). Great job Buziol, keep it up!

At first I was a bit confused about the controls but then I got used to them after a while. The game has something that makes you feel all good inside and it has a great storyline, but there are a couple of things to look out for. You can't save until you defeat Koopa at the end of the world which makes it quite hard (but that's good really because the harder it is, the more the you'll spend in it) and the other thing... well that's it really for my review. So get this game and you will not get bored for months and if you don't like this game, then you're not a true Mario fan.

This game rocks! It's just like all the old classic Super Mario games, even dare i say, better than the classics. Great improved graphics, all new levels, same excellent music, this has got to be the best Mario freeware game out there. I'd say the only problem is the guy who made this was Polish, and unfortunately his translations from Polish to English are not very good, but who cares when it's the gameplay that counts. Heck i wouldn't care if it was all in Greek, I love the game that much. Keep up the good work!

I stick to the fact that another Mario clone being added to this site or any other freeware site could make me feel sick. Unlike the master of this site, Acidic, this game gave me the same feeling, on the first parts at least. Later as I proceded, this game proved to be a well-enough Mario clone that fits well to be added here. I won't say that this is the best Mario clone ever. Mario xp still holds the title of being the best mario clone for me.

For once, the reviews are right, this game is excellent. It captures the true magic of the Super Mario brothers. It's one of the best games I have ever played. My only problem is the map screen music which is too modern for a game based on the classic Super Mario Bros. games. However that's only a small problem, and dosent take away any of the magic this game has. I recommend you download it, and see why so many like me a raving about this game.

The game was very well done and is very close to the original. My problem is that in the first world, at the castle stage there is one spot where the lava is too wide to jump over and there's nothing there to help you get over. Maybe it is just me not realizing there is some way to do it, but me and all of my friends have tried all possible ideas. Not being able to get past that is very frustrating, but other than that, very well done.

Now, I've seen some good freeware Mario games, each with their own unique elements but this game beats them all! 3 powerups (1 more then the usual freeware Mario game) and a whole lot more levels as well! There's also a special secret world but you'll have to find it yourself. I don't want to give too much away. Now, the only complaint I have about this game is that it only saves when you complete a world and that you have to keep on pressing the jump button when you're on a spring to get the spring to work. Of all the great games I've ever played, there is none like Mario Forever. Indeed, Mario Forever will forever influence game-makers to do better. Mario Forever has possibly revolutionized the way games are made. It's incredible how so much potential can go a long way. As a gamer and a fellow game-maker, I applaud the effort that Buziol Games has put into the game. The graphics, the detail, the cool music - everything is as if they poured their souls into it. I give it a 99%. The only thing that seems to be wrong with it is the lack of saving worlds AND stages. It seems to annoy me that you can't continue in between a stage. I feel that the game is very impressive. They did a great job, along with the mini-game. Very good. Good job Buziol Games! I applaud you.

Once again you strap on your wrench and hardhat and guide the chubby plumber through many skilfully made levels. The diversity of the levels is very impressive. You will have to get through levels ranging from underwater caverns to levels filled with fiery lava. I found the controls a little tricky to get into. The physics aren't exactly the same as in other Mario games, but you'll get used to it in no time at all. Super Mario 3: Mario Forever is a Super Mario 3 remake and it was created with Multimedia Fusion. This clone really re-creates all the magic from the original Mario games and I have to take my hat off to the Buziol Games team for such an excellent game.

The graphics are totally ripped off from the Mario Bros pt.I remake for the Super Nintendo, with an image filtre that increases the beauty of the game. Enemies are the same. The music, ripped off all the Mario games (including Yoshi's Island) fits perfectly on the stages. There's nothing bad about this game, Even the difficulty is perfect! There are small errors, like the smile face cloud on the 4th world, but nothing unplayable. The main differences are in playability and in some points of the game, like Bowser... he has HP bar! A great game that deserves attention
